Bolivia Under a tropical storm By Laura Schneider Covacevich Urubicha, a small town in the Bolivian Amazon where time stood still, where people live in perfect harmony with nature and where some of the most beautiful Jesuit music can be heard from the voices of young Guarayos Indians. I made a recent trip with friends to learn a little but more about this town with its 4000 or so inhabitants. The rainy season meant that we were met by flooded roads and mosquitoes, but it was all part of the adventure. One Sunday afternoon, a tropical rain storm arrived and young children started to play under the skies.
