In an increasingly transient world, the images of Forever Mobile are an intriguing look at the deep roots that often
tether mobile homes to the place in which they are parked, apparently permanently. For six years, I have been
documenting these delightfully unique homes, meant to be mobile yet anchored to the ground with statuary,
landscaping, hardscaping, and additions, that offer endless opportunity for personal expression. In a world with
increasing numbers of people of all ages denied entry to the housing market, the popularity of these welcoming trailer
parks continues to grow. These small, movable dwellings that aren’t going anywhere are loved and enjoyed the same
as any home, sweet home.
