Iranian Elections by Fred Dufour In 2008, Agence France Presse sent me to Iran for ten days to cover Iran's eighth parliamentary elections. It was my first trip abroad for AFP for this kind of event. There were already two photographers based in Tehran but my chief wanted a new eye for it.  I decided to not take the obvious pictures but to focus on the ambiance and daily life….
