Damian Bird (born London, 1972) is a photographer, photojournalist and lecturer
with many years of experience, working in war zones and trouble spots around the
globe.
He was educated at Canford School and in Photography at the Surrey College of Art
and Design and at the London College of Communication where he studied for a post
graduate degree in Photojournalism.
In 2011 he founded Life Force magazine with his business partner and wife of 18
years, Alice. As well as Editing Life Force magazine, he is currently engaged in
photographing a series of photo-essays on English culture and has recently returned
to Afghanistan. His first book Seabird was released in November 2017 his latest book is
due to be release at the end of 2019.

Nancy Baron's background in documentary filmmaking, has led to her current
dedication to fine art documentary photography. She documents the world nearby,
mostly in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, where she lives. Baron's work is held in
public and private collections, has been exhibited in galleries across the United
States, featured in online magazines internationally, and screened at the Palm
Springs Photo Festival, Les Rencontres D'Arles, GuatePhoto in Guatemala, and
Picture Society in Denver, Colorado.
He continues to have his work published in national and international newspapers and magazines including The Times,
the Telegraph, the Express, the Observer, GQ, Esquire, Daily Mail, Dazed & Confused, The Face, Country Life, Coast and
Geographical magazine. He lives in Devon, England with his wife, four children and
his dachshunds, Jessie, Rosie and Ted.

Christopher Jones is a freelance editorial photographer, based in Bristol, UK and is
known for his creative feature and news coverage for quality newspapers and
magazines, which include the Daily and Sunday Telegraph (for whom he was a
contract photographer for some years), The Times and the Sunday Times, The
Guardian, The Observer, The Independent. He has also had work published in Time
Magazine, Sunday Times Magazine, The Telegraph Magazine, The Lady, Saga
Magazine, BBC Countryfile, New York Times, Washington Post, Boston Globe, Der
Spiegel, Stern, Sydney Herald and many other publications around the world.As a
photojournalist, Christopher also covers more specialised subjects including

Sibylle Fendt (b. 1974) studied photography at Fachhochschule Bielefeld and with Wolfgang Tillmans at Städelschule in
Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Since 2002 she works as a freelancer and teaches at the famous Ostkreuzschule for
Photography and Design in Berlin. For her work she has received numerous awards, e.g. the Kodak-Nachwuchs-
Förderpreis organized by Kodak; the Wüstenrot Award for documentary photography; the Vattenfall Photo Award. In
photography projects that are often developed over several years, Sibylle Fendt likes to focus on people who are at a
deadend or a fork in the road of their life stories.

Werner Mansholt

Werner Mansholt, born 1949, lives and works in Darmstadt, Germany. He studied
photography with well-known photographers such as Arno R. Minkkinen, Anja
Niedringhaus, Martino Marangoni, Wolfgang Zurborn, Andreas Herzau, Eva Leitolf,
Philipp Blenkinsop, Kadir v. Lohuizen, Simon Norfolk (Masterclass). His work was
exhibited in Germany (Berlin, Cologne, Hamburg, Darmstadt etc.), Finland,
Georgia, Poland etc. and published in magazines, calendars, newpapers, almanacs
and books/ catalogues. In 2013 he published the book Besuch bei Detlef Kraft (with
a text of Celina Lunsford). Awards, amongst others: Shortlist Fotofestival
Schömberg 2013; shortlist Tbilisi Kolga-Festival 2012, Honorable mention at Prix de
la Photographie Paris 2007, Honorable Mention, Lucie-Award, Los Angeles 200
