Childhood is the most mysterious part of our lives. The child’s point of view
puts into question things that long seem to have been answered. We are
astonished by things that are completely natural to children. To show the
world in the way, a child might see, is what concernes me, hoping to find
myself again as a child in my pictures.
The situations are not staged. The compositions are taken as I have found
them. Mostly I have photographed my own children from 2003 to 2013.
