As a visual/sound artist I believe in the eradication of lines. That education liberates.
Humility. That light can be found in the darkest of corners. The best stories in the margins
of books. In the present. Within close proximity. I hope that, via my work, I am capable of
enabling others.

I was born in São Paulo, Brazil on 5th January 1977. My passion for photography started
while studying Design college at FAAP university, at the time still using film. But I soon
gave up, after few months working as a fashion assistant photographer.
Since I have worked in different business, the last one was at São Paulo city hall with
social projects. In 2008 I decided to move to Botswana and start a new life involving work
with wildlife conservation projects and again with photography. It all came together
transforming my life into a real dream. And over time the more I understand about wildlife
conservation challenges and reality the more I want to capture and share with people the
beauty of nature and its diversity that still exists on this planet. Sadly wildlife is suffering
and If we don’t care and protect, in the near future, wild animals will be all part of a big zoo
and not of a natural and untouched wild environment anymore. It is important to say that
for me, as a conservationist and nature and wildlife photographer, one of the most
important rules while photographing in the bush is to respect the animals, their habitats and
their limits. Whatever comes to me naturally and unexpectedly I’m grateful to be able to
photograph. I believe this is perhaps the real and truly nature and wildlife photography, the natural synchronicity between you
and the wild animals. I hope my work will inspire people to look at nature and wildlife with love and care.
Enjoy the photographs and please get in touch if you are interested in purchasing my fine art prints and also to know a little
bit of what is happening in the bush!
