I’ve always thought that there was something mystical about movie-making, but never more so than on the day that we shot the scene from Wild Bill in the Angeles Forest outside L.A.  It was July and we needed snow, so we lugged all this snow making equipment up there.  Just as everyone mounted their horses to start shooting, it began to snow for real.... in July! And it snowed and snowed and snowed.  There we were, shooting what was supposed to be this magical scene with Indian spirits, and the magic and the spirits were already amongst us.
